Open Records

The Ashland Borough Hall can be contacted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

If you wish to request any public records, you will need to complete the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records Standard Right-To-Know Request Form.

In the event that a request is denied by the Borough’s Open Records Administrator, you may file an appeal with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records. Click here for information about Appeals.

The Pennsylvania Right to Know Law allows municipalities to charge fees for requested records. Fees must be paid by cash, check or money order which shall be made payable to “Borough of Ashland.”
